WHEN ORDERING ONLINE FOR OUR SWEET TREAT DELIVERY:
We will ship your treats within 48 working hours of recieving your order via 24 tracked. Every care goes into packing your treats so they arrive to you in 1 piece, however once our products have been passed to the courier it is out of our control unfortunatly. Boxes may become damage during transit at no fault of our own,though this is extremely rare, if this does happen no refund can be issued.

WHEN REQUIRING A CUSTOM CAKE
When requiring a custom made cake we require a 50% none refundable deposit if you cancel for any reason, there for no deposit will be returned under any circumstance or time frame given meaning your deposit will be lost. Deposits can not be transferred to another date or cake. Balance is due 1 week before.
Once quote has been given, any changes made to your cake during the time from when a quote is agreed additional costs may incur.
We offer a delivery service for a small fee to ensure your cake arrives safely to you. Collection is of course available but once the cake leaves our bakery it is your responsability to get your cake safely to the required venue ,any repairs required would incur a minimum cost of £20.
ALLERGENS AND INTOLERANCES
It is your responsability to make the baker aware of any allergies or intolerances.
PRIVACY POLICY

We would never pass on any of your details to anyone else.
We share all of our cakes on social media but sometimes like to share our cakes on our social media with the recipient of the cake but of course with your permission.
RETURNS POLICY
Once a photo has been shared with you of the finished cake and you are happy with the result and left our bakery we can not accept return of the cake.
